1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return.

2. Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@arianarugs.com. Clearly state the reason for your return and provide your order number for faster processing.

3. Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Once the product departs from our showroom, the client assumes responsibility for its safekeeping.
